We can reclaim Gift Aid for subscriptions as well as donations provided members are taxpayers, so please consider completing the Gift Aid Section on the Form. This gives us an extra 25p for each £1 you donate.

Existing members
Welcome back!
We kindly request that existing members who wish to renew do so by the end of February 2021This not only helps with the working capital the society needs to function, but also helps minimise our volunteers’ time. Renewals can be done either on Sundays when the Trading Hut is open or by post(details above).
This year you don’t even need to fill in the membership form. We have generated filled-in 2021forms for all existing members. All you need to do is come to the Trading Hut and retrieve your pre filled-in form, tick whether or not you are doing Gift Aid, sign and pay.
If you have signed up before the 2021 Membership Handbook is ready, please could you pick yours up from the Trading Hut in January from the Trading Hut. We would also appreciate it if people with Standing Orders would consider picking up their Membership Books and Cards. This saves CHAS volunteer time and money.
If you would like the membership book to be delivered, please let us know, as we are happy to do so within the immediate area. Please note that if you live in a flat complex or gated community, this might not be possible and, although we are happy to post them, this does cost the society money.
