As well as the shows and summer & Christmas parties, we organise talks, walks and visits for our members.

CHAS Autumn Show TBC
The trading hut will be open from 16th January 2022 at 10 am.
Sunday mornings are not only an opportunity to buy plants and other things for the garden but also to share gardening difficulties, pick up tips from other gardeners or just have a chat over a cup of tea and a biscuit. There is a good selection of gardening magazines and reference books available in the Hut and members are encouraged to use these. Our Allotment Secretary is usually in attendance for advice etc.
The Trading Hut is open most Sundays throughout the year from 10:00 to 12:30, but never on the first Sunday of the month, when there is a car boot sale at the school opposite.
If you are able to help out at the Trading Hut for a few hours on Sunday mornings once or twice a year, please contact either of the Trading Co-ordinators, Mark Cripps tradingsecretary@growchiswick.org or Alastair Britten on (trading@growchiswick.org) . Volunteers are always needed to help with sales, membership and gardening advice.
The Trading Hut has a comprehensive range of gardening products for sale for the benefit of members at a discount below normal retail prices.
In season, we sell top quality seed potatoes, onion sets, shallots, garlic, spring bulbs, bedding plants and many popular and unusual plants.
Although we try to stock most things, if there is something that you need that you can’t find, do let Alastair Britten or Jill Morris know and they will try to help you. Due to lack of space, we do not normally stock large items such as water butts but are happy to purchase these for anyone who needs them.
